Fresh Hema is part of the Alibaba Group and is a new retail platform driven by data and technology committed to create a community-based one-stop retail experience for consumers.
Hema is focused on social responsibility and to have a positive impact on the environment. Energy efficiency and system safety is a key factor of commercial refrigeration. As AHT is inline with the company’s sustainable development concept, Hema has contacted AHT for a retrofit of an existing store.
In a three-week test phase of evaluating commercial refrigeration equipment, AHT products were positively exceeding the expected values.
The Operation Department Manager Luo of the store in Kunshan stated: ”The refrigeration effect is good, the temperature control is precise, and the total display area attract customers to purchase.”
In total AHT installed 24 MONTREAL XL in island configuration. The units are monitored, and the performance is measured continuously.
